Meet Mike Gonzalez
Pastor, author, leadership mentor, and lifelong student of God’s Word.
My Story
My name is Mike Gonzalez, and I have spent much of my adult life helping people grow in their faith, develop as leaders, and discover God’s purpose for their lives.
As a pastor, author, and teacher, I am passionate about communicating biblical truth in practical ways that strengthen individuals, leaders, and churches.
Whether preaching on a Sunday morning, developing ministry leaders, writing devotional content, or creating resources for pastors, my goal remains the same: helping people take their next step with God.

What I Believe
I am committed to historic Christian orthodoxy and Pentecostal theology. I believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word, Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, and the Holy Spirit continues to empower believers for ministry today.
My teaching and ministry are grounded in Scripture and shaped by a commitment to biblical truth, spiritual vitality, and practical obedience to Christ.
Areas of Focus
My ministry and leadership efforts are primarily focused in three key areas that consistently shape my teaching, writing, leadership, and service.
Faith
Helping believers grow spiritually through biblical teaching, discipleship, prayer, and practical Christian living.
Leadership
Developing leaders who influence others with integrity, wisdom, servant-hearted leadership, and biblical character.
Church Health
Strengthening local churches through discipleship, leadership development, strategic planning, and healthy ministry systems.
Family
I have been married to my wife, Letitia, since 2000, and together we have been blessed with a wonderful family. Some of life’s greatest lessons about faith, leadership, perseverance, and grace have been learned not in ministry settings, but around the dinner table, during life’s challenges, and through the everyday experiences of family life.
Family remains one of God’s greatest gifts in my life, and I am grateful for the privilege of serving the Lord alongside those I love most.
Looking Toward the Future
I am passionate about helping churches become healthier, leaders become stronger, and believers become more fully devoted followers of Christ.
Through teaching, writing, leadership development, and initiatives such as One Church, Many Tongues, I am committed to helping local churches reach diverse communities and raise up leaders for the next generation of ministry.
